Join Food & Wine’s Best New Chef, Matt Horn of Horn Barbecue, at Dutton Ranch for a Sonoma County-style barbecue lunch. Horn will bring the fire with his new food movement, “West Coast barbecue,” which draws from techniques rooted in Texas and the South, expressing both tradition and imagination. After lunch, you’ll embark on a private vineyard tour with a viticulture expert at their very own vineyard.
