Things are about to get spicy around here!

Join us for a Pizza Pop-up in celebration of Bastille Day, featuring a collaboration between Gold Ridge Organic Farms + Boonville Barn Collective with Chef Bruce Hill and Chef Seamus McCarthy of SoCo Supper Club. Enjoy fresh, wood-fired pizza and food pairings featuring delicious, small-batch chiles, and learn about the farming of Boonville’s cult favorite artisan pepper varieties. Relax in the courtyard to French tunes by Bay Area songbird Lara Louise.

Boonville Barn Collective is a woman-owned farm that’s been producing unique chile powders since 2012. It all started when Krissy Scommegna was a sous chef at The Boonville Hotel and used Piment d’Espelette on everything in the kitchen, which was expensive to import from France. With careful planning and planting, the unique land of Anderson Valley soon yielded the Piment d’Ville, a California version of Piment d’Espelette.
