The Fall Seasonal Pairing Dinner is Thursday, October 10. If you aren’t familiar, our Seasonal Pairing Dinner is a 5-course showcase of the freshest local fare paired with the freshest beer we have available. We’re capping the guest list at 40, so make sure you claim your seats as soon as possible.

Fall Flavors in Full Effect

Traditionally, colder weather dishes have a bit more stick-to-your-ribs characteristics than summer dishes. So it made a ton of sense to have Foie Gras and the like on our Fall menu. We also balance those heavier ingredients with the freshness of Pacific Gold oysters to start and fresh local produce mixed in with all of the dishes on the menu.

We put a lot of thought and effort into this Fall menu, and we’d love for you to join us on October 10.
