Drawing a direct parallel to Dry Creek Kitchen’s Niche & Unique Varietals, our monthly wine features that delve into the lesser-known treasures of Sonoma County’s, Ray joins wine director Jon Macklem to share a family-style supper paired with some of Sonoma County’s superstars.
Alongside Ray and Jon, singular vintages of Littorai Wines, Pax Wines, Cobb Wines, and Hirsch Vineyards will be paired and presented with attendees.
